DATE AND LOCATION

The next CXLT Certification Program will be conducted by EXCEL TRIBOMETERS, LLC from 8 am to 5:30 pm on March 5, in Tampa, FL, at the Tampa Airport Marriott, where a block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate for the night of March 4.  We recommend reserving your rooms as soon as possible if you are planning to stay overnight.  Contact the hotel directly or at the link below for room reservations.  The hotel is conveniently located directly within the Tampa International Airport main terminal.

ATTENDANCE FEES

The registration fee for an attendee is $1195.00. Lunch and light refreshments during the morning and afternoon of the class will be provided. The CXLT candidate is responsible for lodging.

REGISTRATION

All candidates must register to be a CXLT Certification Program candidate. The application form may be obtained from the EXCEL TRIBOMETERS, LLC website, or by mail or fax. Payment options are included on the application form, and payment must accompany the completed application.

Prior to the course date, each candidate will receive confirmation of registration with a receipt for the registration fee. If you do not receive a confirmation notice by two weeks before the course date, call or e-mail  EXCEL TRIBOMETERS, LLC, for verification.

REFUND POLICY

The full application fee minus a $75.00 administrative fee will be refunded if you advise  EXCEL TRIBOMETERS, LLC, of cancellation at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled session. No refunds will be made with less than two weeks notice.

All requests for refunds must be made in writing (including fax or e-mail).

COVID POLICY

Excel Tribometers LLC is not providing any measures to protect any candidate from, and is not assuring anyone’s safety, with respect to any virus or illness, beyond the provisions listed below provided by the facility.  By registering to attend the CXLT program, each candidate accepts total responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.
